This topic is one where students first start to understand the cooperation between different variables in a system. We will start them off by graphing algebraic expressions according to a given rule and identify have them identify if those equations are functions. Students will also be asked to complete ordered pairs which is referred to as a relation. A function is a special form of a relational that contains an additional rule set.
